Hi ALL

I recently bought sysaid enterprise license and download/install sysaid 8.5.04. After the installation I noticed I was able to integrate my sysaid with Microsoft AD using the LDAP configuration wizard but i cannot integrate if i manually enter the OU's. Ineed to enter manually the OU's since i have a large number of users in my AD

Any idea??? Used to work for ver 8.1

I have same problem, but this is after upgrading enterprise version, did you get your issue sorted ???

Our LDAP integration is not working after upgrade, at present it is importing all users in ad using the wizard, if we try to manually add the ou's we get nothing, if i try add user class filter for ou i get nothing, i check logs and get error for each ou loading Ldap server doesn't support PagedResultsControl,try to work with VirtualListViewControl error from PagedResultControl is :Unbalanced parenthesis

Same issue here, after upgrading till 8.5
I created a Service Request at SysAid support but no answer yet.

Once I hear anything I will post it here,

I think the new version 8.5.04 only support OU's which work for me meaning i have to put my users into a User Organizational Unit and import that OU. If you have enter the CN for users it wont work anymore compared to version 8.1 but only sysaid engineers can confirm this. My suggestion you create an OU and put all sysaid users and re-import from AD.
