Does anyone have a graphical diagram of the workflow process of the out of the box Advanced SysAid ITIL Change Process and Basic Infrastructure Change Process? I am looking for something like a Visio diagram that shows the flow of each of these change requests.

Hi,

This diagram gives a very high level overview of ITIL but doesn't provides details on the change process flow.
Is there somewhere available a process flow describing the different statuses and phases involved in the out of th ebox change process?
