Hello my name is Caleb,
I have been struggling with letting my clients use this Help Desk. The issue is, they cannot log in. I have given them this link. http://calebsterling:8080/ and I don't know why it will not let them log in. It works on all of my other computers that do NOT have this sysaid installed and yet it does not work for there computers. Have any suggestions? Please let me know of how I can resolve this.

Maybe a firewall or portblocker ?
Check the (sub)net ip range; can you ping calebsterling from the computer that can not login?

http://calebsterling:8080/ is not a valid URL. Maybe http://calebsterling.com:8080/ is the right one.

Help desk outsourcing companies are out there is the market which provides these customer help desk services and associated software with that.
