Hi,

Am new to SysAid and have recently implemented SysAid in our organization. I have added a few windows servers to SysAid asset list through WMI scan. I have enabled monitoring and set thresholds for all these servers.

My problem is, the servers status shows alive but i cannot see any utilization graphs. What could i have done wrong?

Dear vrtata,

First the monitoring can't be defined to assets which was discovered by WMI just on those where agent were deployed.
if you still have issues even after deploying the agent please submit a service request with us at helpdesk@sysaid.com and tell us step by step what are you configuring and also please attache screenshots with the issue.
