I have a category in sysaid this category is for software that is only used in one dept. that department supervisor wants to get emailed when ever anyone puts a ticket in for this category. I have tried to set this up as an escalation but it does not ever work? do I do this in a different area? i included a screen shot to help any help is appreciated?
