Need an email to the assigned admin when they are assigned a SR, not when the SR changes. Seemed to be working before, but has stopped sometime since.
Have set the following set:
Email the responsible administrator when a Service Request changes: Checked
Email notification on new Service Request: low
Send email notification to the administrator the service request is assigned to: Checked
