What fields are indexed for the end user to search under the end user portal? It doesn't appear that the description and notes fields are searchable and we would like them to be. Can you adjust which fields get searched?

You can search in the End User portal by all fields except:
Modify time (and other time fields), status, urgency, priority. Non the less, you can create filters for these fields (drop down from the column header)
By design, the search field for Supervisor is limited and he can't make a check on the Description field.

Please note that since there are a lot of fields in SysAid, so there might be some more fields. You can always go ahead and experiment by going to Help Desk List > selecting "End User" view > adding fields and then to try and search by them in the End User Portal.
