Are you sure about that? Service Desk settings says 'When creating a linked problem from an incident - change the status of the incident to......' We have to create the link between Problem solved and Incident Closed.
I think it is Service Desk settings > Change / Problem Settings.
What are other people's views?
Oooops....look a right twonk now eh......must learn to read correctly before jumping in!!!
One other thing......I've got stuck on Q28...changing welcome banner on login page...I'v changed everything i can in translate file so Brook Latex is appearing everywhere except on the login screen. Have you had this problem or am I looking in wrong place?
