If helpdesk received a request from an e-mail which does not belong to any of the end users, is it possible to reply to it without creating a new end-user for this e-mail?

P.S. I'm using Free Edition and when I try to reply to that e-mail i get "User **********@***.** not found." message.

Hi Egor,

In order to reply a service request, the recipient must be registered as an End User in SysAid.
This relevant to the Free & to the Full license.
