I'm wondering if anyone has some email templates they have created for SysAid that they would like to share? ie. Email templates for when a new request is submitted. I've had a look through the forums and haven't been able to find any.
I'm just after something that would look professional to the end user when information in their helpdesk request is updated. Or when their request has been closed. Also a notification to the support staff to inform them that there is a new request. The standard ones (just plain text) are a bit too basic.
