There seems to be a minor bug in the SysAid Outlook sync.
When i change the Due Date in a ticket, the callendar doens't sync it propperly.
Only the first sync is saved in outlook.
Example.
Due Date 22-03-2012 - 09:00:00
showes up in outlook on this date and time
Then we change the Due Date of a ticket to
23-03-2012 - 10:00:00
But in outlook it stays on the first date and time.
Am having the similar issue but in my case i am unable to sync the SR Update at all. The SysAid Events, Service Request Activities and Software Support Expiration Dates can sync
The due date does once again sync in v9. However if you change the due date, it not update it in your Outlook Calendar. The only way I have found to have it update in my Outlook Calendar is to remove the due date, save, then add it back with the correct date/time and save again.
Is is possible to have it re sync when updating an existing due date?
