I don't seem to find anywhere else where this really fits. It's great that we have a survey created for us to use for SysAid, and users have used it.. we've tested it.. but I can't see where we would actually get any results from this thing...

You get the results from running a report on them.

We do a report once a month, and any dissatisfied, or very dissatisfied results get a thank you card as a follow up addressing their concerns..

Ok.. here's the thing.. in Report Wizard I can't really figure out how to view the results. I can see where I can choose "Survey Sent" and I can find out when and that surveys were sent to people, but I can't really run a report that tells me the results of those surveys.. I just don't see or get the fields I would need to chose to build a report to get that response..

Hi, I realize I'm dredging an old issue..

But I still don't see anywhere to get this. If I go to the Manager's Portal, and "Design Reports" and run the report wizard, no where in it does it offer me an option to view the survey results. If someone can provide me responses; I submitted this directly to Sysaid a while ago and never really reached a resolution on this issue (and since there is no response to this thread after a few months, that doesn't help either)

Hello, tmservo.

The survey results appear in the built-in "Satisfaction level" reports, that can be found in "Analyzer" (and also in "Manager Portal-Reports", if you have Manager Dashboard module), under "SysAid-Help Desk-Service Quality". There are three built-in reports, that allow you to represent the survey result by Administrator, Category or Company.
