I have uninstalled Sysaid Server & Agent from my system running XP Pro and moved onto another Server with no problems.

However my XP PC still tries to run the program Ilitask.exe when I press the F11 key.

How do I disable the F11 key ?

Did you uninstall the agent using the SysAid administrator tools or some other method?

Also, maybe this is a stupid question, but did you restart the computer? I just did an uninstall on my machine and the hotkey functioned until I performed a restart.

Good thing to note if the agent is going to be uninstalled on a server.

I uninstalled using the Windows Add Remove Programs.

I have restarted the PC several times.

The F11 key still tries to run shortcut.

If you run the administrator deploy tool, does it say that it is alive?
