End User Submit Request Form

SysAid allows you to customize the End User Portal Submit Request form. This allows you to match the form as closely as possible to the needs of your end users.

To customize the Submit request form:

1. Click on the cogwheel icon . This opens the Design Form page.
2. Choose the fields you would like to have on the Submit Request form and click Save. This closes the Design Form page and updates the End User Portal Submit Request form.
