I am trying to create a custom report to show all active tickets that have been open for longer than one week.
I was able to create a report and schedule it to run once a week, however I can not figure out how to set it so the request time is a floating 7 day prior rather that a set date.
Sysaid comes with 2 deafault times that count the elapsed time of a ticket,
Fields : time to repair and time to respond
You can easily setup a filter on time to repair larger then X depending on your operating hours to represent a week or any other fixed time, just add another condition that the Status isnt closed and you should be ok,
