Has anybody ran into the issue with sysaid that it doesn't display the monitoring updates. Under the last update column it says never. It's only happening to a few servers, the rest are fine. I tried uninstall and reinstalling the agent. I've tried removing the server from the monitoring and add it back, still not luck I am currently running 8.5.08. This also started when I did the initial upgrade to 8.5
I understand that since you have upgraded to the latest release a few Assets are not reporting in the monitoring module.
Since this issue is specifically on some of the assets, we require a remote control session in order to further investigate this issue.
