Since updating to 8.5_08, we are unable to receive notifications from any service request. it was working prior to the upgrade running 8.1. In the Sysaid log it shows an error whenever an email is being sent (again this was working prior to the upgrade).
We are using Exchange 2010.

No, not using SSL at all. All the sudden though, I walked in this morning and I now have notifications. I know no changes have been made as I am the one who makes all the changes. So not sure what may have occurred.

Friends of SysAid, this error was solved? I have SysAid installed on a Windows Server 2008 R2 with the same problem integrating it with Exchange 2010. Please ask your help with this problem. Thank you!

rich,
Please make sure, that the authentication is defined as "clear text" on the exchange itself, and that both username and password appear correctly in outgoing e-mail integration.
Also, the good way to check the SysAid e-mail integration is to define exactly the same settings in regular e-mail client (Outlook, Thunderbird etc.), and to achieve the state when the e-mail sent correctly from there. After that, the fixed e-mail settings can be transferred to SysAid.
