In this webinar I will be asking how to get the API working when SysAid is using Single Sign On.
I spent endless hours trying to get it to work so please check it out before the webinar

I copied the same exact code and it did not work for me. I am using the hosted version of Sysaid. Is there anything else I must change? I don't think we are using single sign on and when the form load, a messagebox says "Congratulation, your newly created ticket has this number: 0". I also successfully installed the Sysaid program api from my hosted version.
As far as I can remember, if you login with incorrect credentials or if you construct a service request with categories which do not exist or do not fill mandatory sr fields, then you get this error.
