When our users type the support e-mail address in a new e-mail in Outlook 2010, Outlook displays a message next to the name with the text "A support case will be created for your request..."

There's missing a T in department Message
Where can I change this text?
What have I done so far:
It is not an Outlook autoreply as these have "Auto Reply" writen infront of the text. Futhermore, if i active an auto reply it creates a new line above the previosly metioned.
It is not an Outlook rule as the support account don't have any of these.
