Hey all! I recently upgraded to sysaid v8.5.08 and I like it so far. However, before our upgrade we had changed the color scheme around to match some of our company's colors. (Not that we don't like the grey/green of sysaid )
However, I backed up the necessary files (have not imported or uploaded any of the old files yet) but our sysaid pages seem to be of a mixed variety now and the color schemes are broken. Some pages are half green and half our company's red.
What files in particular affect this, and how can I go about editing the color scheme? I've looked into the customization section of sysaid but I don't see anything that has to do with specific coloring. Additionally, we did not have a custom html configuration that needed to be backed up because the folder was empty before our update.
If anyone else has had similar issues after updating, let me know. I haven't been able to find any information regarding this particular issue.
Currently SysAid configuration does not support changing colors of your user interface.
You can achieve that by customizing your CSS.CSS file.
The problem is that you would have to do it again and again with every release and if anything got broken and you need our assistance to fix it for you it will be outside of our support contract.
The fact that you see red and greens means that our development team played around with the CSS files this release.
I do agree that we need it.
