I have searched the forums and it seems this has been an issue for a few years now. Is there a way to set, or even view, if an admin other than myself has the " Out of the office, assign all new requests to" set in their preferences?? Next question is how do we change it with out the user, or without resetting the user's password???
I am pushing this FR also.
