Turn off notifications for a quick list  XML

Is it possible to turn off all END USER notifications based on a certain quick list? For example, if I have a Quick List called "Intake Form" I do not want any END USER email notifications to be generated but I do want them for all other SRs in SysAid.

You could setup another set of statuses and make sure the quick lists are set to this status,
Then you could go to Service Desk settings, and uncheck these statuses from the list of statuses that trigger notificaitons to end users.
I didnt try it myself, but if it sounds ok to you - It's worth s shot !

That sounds like it may work, but I really didn't want to create new statuses for the quick list. I will have to ponder that one.

On a side note, you said "preferences , end user portal and uncheck these statuses from the list of statuses that trigger notificaitons to end users." Isn't this under Service Desk --> Service Desk Settings?
