Good afternoon. This is my first post here and I am new to SysAid so please bear with me.

I have taken over a SysAid 8.5 MSP Edition istallation from the person that set it up. She no longer works for the company so I am working on getting a few things taken care of in the program. I have noticed though, that even though her account has been removed from the system she is still showing up as a Logged In administrator in the dashboard. Is there any way that I can get that off of there and removed from the system? I don't think her account is logged in anywhere in the network so she can't have the program open. Also how is it still showing her logged in when her account has been removed from the system?
