Hi, I need add several new fields into the asset, but I used the 2 personalized list availables, How I add more?

Hello,
The answer to your question is pending the edition of SysAid you currently own.
If you own SysAid enterprise edition you need to go to:
Customize -> entities and to create a new customized field for this entity, click the New icon .
You could also go to this screen and click on on-line aid in order to receive information on how to enter description of the columns in this list.
If you own a PRO edition you need to contact your account manager as you require our professional services help in order to add more fields to your system.

Hi, now have a new question about this matter, I got a new field (a list in this case), but this field doesn't appear into the import list. How is possible import this field from a csv file?.

Hi Sarah,
I have got three differents new field por actives, one is type text, another one is type date and the last one is type list. The procedure to create field works fine, the new fields appear in the active page and I fill data in them, but the problem is when I export a report in excel o pdf with columns with this field, in the case of text or date, the field appear blank, and the case of list type, appear the folow sentece: 'Invalid column name asset_cust_sociedad', the other fields (fields standard of sysaid) appear his data correctly.
Could you help me, something I have doing bad or looks a bug of sysaid.
