Hi Guys,
we just installed Sysaid server few weeks ago, and after getting most things ready, I noticed that remote agent deployment is quite a pain...
Anyway I thought the best solution is to use the MSI via Group Policy, but I am having problemns with the MSI compilation.
I followed the instructions as per this http://www.sysaid.com/msi.htm link
I just changed the hotkey from 122 to F10 .
After attemtping to import it in the GPO editor, I get an error that I should validate it, since there seems to be errors with it.
Once I try to validate it (in Orca), I get 4 Warnings and 1 error. (please see below for detailed list)
Any ideas on how to work around this or fix it?

Hello Wassimk,
When you change the MSI hotkey you should do it in ASCII code for example F11 is 122.
You wish to change it to F10 it should be 121.
You can check the ASCII table under:
http://www.velocityreviews.com/forums/t277457-re-ascii-code-for-functions-keys-f1-f12-and-tab-key.html
Thanks
Sarah

Hi Sarah
thanks for your tip, I just deleted the mst file, and generated a new one instead with the 121 instead of the F10 ...
Sadly though after validation I got the same warnings and error as per above.
