Subject: Sending message to User Groups while some members are disabled Bug# 10383

When I select User Group to send message while some members
in the group are disabled, I can still use the group to send message and
just skip the disabled users and don't refused to send out for other users
(while system can also feedback all disabled users list which not sent
message would be better!).

This is a valid point you raise, although I believe this is more of a bug than a feature. I've opened a bug for this and am moving it to the known errors forum. Thank you for reporting this!
