Upgraded to V8.5.08
missing (Help Desk List Add New Service Request) on Service Desk TAB of asset
located >>Asset management >> Computer Info >> Service Desk TAB

there was a (Add New Service Request) button in V8.1.03 at the top and bottom of the table

It is now missing in V8.5.03 or is there a new setting?

Asset Management > Asset list

Click on "create new asset" at the top of the page, just under the "SR Quick Access" box

I am NOT trying to create an asset, But create a SR while looking at the asset
I now have to leave the (Service Desk) tab from the asset and go to helpdesk to create the SR

The (Service Desk) used to have add new SR
