Is a desktop chat client for Sysaid planned or in the work?
Also to some extent related, is there any automatic online/offline management to the chat system? We have a chat icon on our website that says either offline or online whether or not there's technicians available for chat. I often forget to make myself online in the chat window or even worst, forget to turn it off when I leave so it might say that chat is online but I'm actually not at my desk.
I guess this might be easier to implement using a desktop client but is there any way to work around that?
