Hi,
I often miss the feature of clear the gathered software information on an asset. e.g if the PC is not in use for a period, I would like to clear the software list, so it doesn't count the software on the specified asset.
Regards
Mikkel

Hi rtx,
If you disable the asset, the software installed on it is not counted against your license limit. I think this will solve your issue.

Hi David,
Thanks for your reply. But if the computer is shipped out, to be used in a test-environment outside office, the asset has to be enabled again - and then it will still count licenses.
Hope you understand my worries.

Hi rtx,
If the computer is in use and the software is installed, then SysAid should count the licenses. If you want SysAid to stop counting the licenses, you can always uninstall the software from the computer.
Maybe I didn't understand correctly what you're trying to do...?
