Hi!
Today I've been trying to connect to SysAid "http://mypc/Login.jsp", as i did the day before yesterday in tha same pc where i installed the server, but i can't access the Server.
IE responds me like if had no internet access, but i can access other web pages as usual.
Are there any ideas how to access again?
Jose S.

Is the sysaid service running?
Is there a firewall in the way?

Hi,
you mean if it is running in the "services.msc"? Yes, there are 2 services SysAid Agent and SysAid Server runnning.
There's a firewall to go to Internet but it was working well 2 days before.
Yesterday, I shuted down the pc in which the program is installed and today i turned it on but it's not working.

I had same problem sometimes.
I just restart service SysAid Server.
This is not the definitively solution but I could get access again.
Good luck!

it sounds like you have a problem with your setup.
If the sysaid service is running in services.msc and you still can't access the program, you need to do some digging; maybe something else is using that same port?

To make sure this is a port issue please look under you wrapper.log file located under C:\Program Files\SysAidServer\logs look what it the last error message showing.
You could also post it here for review and I will be happy to let you know what need to done.

Hi Sarah.,
here's the content of the wrapper.log file,
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
http://www.4shared.com/office/QMuZQVhK/wrapper.html
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
I realized there's a limit of number of words to post, that's why i've uploaded the file instead.

Hi Sarah,
I've pasted the hole content of the wrapper file, as you may see there the 4th and 5th June i installed the programm for the first time, then i desinstalled it with Windows' programm System Restore, then installed again in the 11th or 12th, i don't remember very well.

System restore won't uninstall any programs...you'd need to do it through Programs and Features in the control panel
