I have had this problem in the past and support seems to be stumped. I have inbound e-mail integration turned on for my SysAid server. Every now and again there is a message that is flagged as undeliverable for one reason or another and SysAid seems to run wild with it. In the latest example, someone sent in an e-mail the the subject of "Printer #2134" SysAid thought it was regarding ticket #2134 and posted the e-mail to the message tab. Then the admin (who is no longer with us) was sent a notification. This caused an undeliverable message. Now I have 770,000 undeliverable messages in the mailbox that is integrated with SysAid and regular e-mails are not getting processed. This only seems to be a problem with the mailbox we use with SysAid. When I get an undeliverable message in my mailbox, I only get it once, not 770,000 times.
To resolve, I have to disable e-mail integration, which stops the incoming undeliverable messages, and then manually delete them. Once they are all deleted, I can turn e-mail integration back on and all is well.

7 hours later and we finally got the mailbox cleaned up. We ended up deleting the mailbox and recreating it. Has anyone else experienced this nightmare?
