Hi,
Example:

I have asset which is name "COMPUTER1".
On Asset "COMPUTER1" I have completed the field: Owner (usertest) and User(usertest)
On "End User" (usertest) I have completed the field: user name, name, email (usertest@test.com)

Now I send email from "usertest@test.com" to my sysaid integration mail.

Question: Why the field "sr.main.computer" on SR doest complete automatically?
