I am trying to import data to the Asset Custom Date Fields, but in the Import Assets window the fields Asset Custom Date 1 and Asset Custom Date 2 are not shown so I can not choose them to import data in them. However both fields are available in the Design Form window (the one that appears when hitting the blue cog wheel) for the asset.

Has anyone been able to import data to the Asset Custom Date Fields? Am I doing something wrong? How can I accomplish this.

By the way I am working with SysAid Pro Plus ver. 8.5.08.

Any comments are really welcome, and thank you in advance!

Hello,
Not all fields are available to be populated within import process.
Update Time for example indicates the last time the asset sent an inventory update - and of course it cannot be populated during import process or set manually.

To add Custom Date fields to asset import process I suggest you to make a post in feature request forum.
