If you've been following SysAid news, you probably already know that SysAid MDM is already available to our Cloud customers and will be out in the In-House release on October 28th!

Hi SylvainG,
The MDM module is free! Depending on how many asset licenses you have and use, however, it's possible that you may need to add asset licenses for the mobile devices. If you have enough asset licenses, then you won't need to do a thing .

We have 8.5 Pro Plus so can I assume it's also unlimited for the MDM module?

Not sure what you mean by "unlimited". Each SysAid edition comes with a certain number of asset licenses included, and then of course you can add at any time. Say, for example, you have 250 asset licenses but you're only using 150 right now. So, in this case you can apply 100 asset licenses to your mobile devices. Make sense?
