Has anyone from the April Certification class received their certificates yet? I received an e-mail that it was mailed on April 19th. Then when I followed up on May 24th I was told it could take 3 months to arrive. I didn't think any mail service was that slow, unless the pigeon gets lost.

Hi Donald,
I have spoken today with the SysAid academy team and they told me that the certificate is in the mail. It was sent to you during the last week of June.

So it should be arriving shortly.

Thanks Yair. That is interesting, considering I was told it was mailed in April and then again in May I was told the same thing.

Hi Yair

How can one of participant confirm that they have pass the course and that they will receive the certification? A participant from our company take up the course and after completion there was no notification on the completion and yet the wrong certificates was sent under the wrong name.

Please advise as we paid for 2 seats an 1 seat yet to be taken for this month certificate program
