I have installed and uninstalled various software packages on all workstations across our network. Is there an easy way of making all workstations (Windows 7 with Sysaid agent installed) invoke a refresh of their software audit and report it back to the Sysaid Server.

I see you can update manually each one at a time in the Sysaid console but I have hundreds of workstations and after a few days of waiting I am not seeing any changes in the Assets section of the console.

/UpdateAssetData.jsp
this is located >Asset Management > Network Discovery > Update Asset Data
make sure you have at least one update

Group = \
Asset = All
repeat = 1 day

I have mine check 3 time a day for update, also normally anytime a asset reboots it updates, or remotes

There is also a run now button.. that works well
