Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to monitor the performance of the Sysaid application itself - not for Sysaid to monitor other apps, but actually monitoring things like for example the time gap between a user clicking Submit on a ticket in the End User Portal and the ticket being created, etc.

Is this possible?

Dear andrewl94133,

Such a feature is not available. I guess that there are 3-rd party software that could monitor the performance of JVM, page loading etc...
If you are experiencing slowness in the system, please send an email to helpdesk@sysaid.com and we will have a thorough look at it.
