You can create a report that will include the description field, and the request time field, or any other additional fields that are located in the service request form.
If you have the Manager Dashboard module, you can create such a report using the "Report wizard" feature under Manager Dashboard > Design Reports.
In the Report wizard choose under main entity "sr" and click on next. In step two select the fields that you would like to appear in the report, for example description field and request time field.
Once the report is created, please create a custom filter and choose the specific Administrators you would like to view in the report, and also include the status to be opened.
