I use trial version of Sysaid v 8.5.08.enterprise edition.
I can't install agent neither from web interface, nor from Deployment tool.
Error log:

Additional info:
User is Domain Admin
On COMP1 we have: firewall service is off and Remote Registry service Started. OS win 2003
