How can I extract information for our current helpdesk system (SharePoint) to SysAid. The information needed are the SRs logged on the SharePoint System. Please let me know if this is possible and if so what are the steps needed to do so.

I think it's possible to import records to SysAid. You should find what kind of datas and columns SysAid needs and then try to export to a file. After that, import this file.
