Now its sometime since the KB ui was broken to the displeasure of a number of us not to mention the most important people, the "End Users".
After what I call a lot of pressure from the Admin user base and comments you accepted it needed resolving
You did sort out the a number of events to go over proposed new UI's
Most of us have had to put other KB in place due to what you did.
I've already had the blurb about cloud get it first etc, (Which is great for some folk but cloud does not yet fit in our business, i can accept updates are easier to introduce to that platform)
But given the MANY months that have past I would like a date from Ilient on a release for those who host their own copy of SysAid so they can move forward and finally have a working KB back thats usable.
I would be to say the least as would other users on the forum most annoyed if we are fobbed off and have a response that gives us no confidence in the ability to deliver an over due fix to the KB ui debarcle.
Its been a trying experience for many of us, we hope some lessons are learnt and that in future any major change that impacts people will have more round table discussions.
