The default view for the HD list is not showing closed tickets only those that are not closed. If I create an advanced filter with status closed it comes back to tell me that nothing could be found, though I know there are numerous SR's that have been closed. Where have they gone, is there a setting that I am missing? I can create a custom report that shows closed SR's and that works just fine.

Hi seandonnelly ,
I understand that you are not able to view your closed service requests in the help desk list, although you have service requests that are on status "Closed".
In that case, please perform the following steps.
1. In the Help Desk list, please check if you have other filters on, maybe you are filtered by a certain category and there are no closed service requests according to that category.
You can see which filters you have on by hovering over the funnel icon which is located at the top left corner of the list.
2. Please click on the customize view button when you are viewing with the default view, please select the "status" field and check to see if you have a static filter on. If you do have a static filter, please remove it.
Thanks.
Ariel.
