SysAid has the option to NOT make service requests for incomming mails with certain expressions in the subject of the mail.

What I would like is SysAid only to make a service request when a specific expression IS in the subject, like "SR:".

So thats the other way around. If I am able to do this I can use one email adress for multiple purposes and I am not obligated to make another email adress
