Add the option to choose your own icon to be used when deploying the SysAid agent.

Hi All,

Can anyone point me in the direction of changing the default icon for the SysAis End User Module? I want this to be our company logo to roll out via the deployment tool. I have created an .ico file and placed it in the SysAidServer directory and named it sysaid.ico but the old logo still installs even after i have stoped and started the service.

Can you please advise how this can be achived?

Excellent idea. I remember asking tech support this a year or so back as we were looking for the same thing. At the time, I did not receive an answer as to how to do this. If someone else has an idea how to do this, I would like to learn it as well.
Possibly, this could be put in as a feature request.

I copied the address for sysaid into my Firefox. Then made a shortcut to it on my desktop where I can change the icon.

any update on the feature request form 2008!

im wanting to do this now but cannot see where to do this - im looking in the MSI file
