Hi,
I have a very problematic bug in the new version. I can no longer print or export to excel the list in the helpdesk module. When I click either ones I have a blank screen and no Window to be able to save the pdf or the excel file.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Can you please send us the ...\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\logs folder (zipped) after re-creating this issue on your system to beta@ilient.com?
This will assist us in understanding why this issue is happening, since we are cannot re-create your issue.

No bugs found so far.
To bad the alarm buttons bug is still not fixed. (IE7)

or the messages window popping up behind the current one in internet explorer, which I was told was fixed in this release
or the Google chrome knowledgebase not working bug even though this release says that it supports chrome.

The annoying refresh bug bringing the browser screen to the front issue is still not fixed either.
Oded, why are so few of the most obvious bugs not fixed? I don't care for new features if the bugs in the current ones are not fixed!
Please could you explain?
