@erez Does SSO break the mobile app? We've configured SysAid on an IIS server and are looking at enabling SSO, but if that breaks the app, it's going to be a problem.

We're evaluating v8 of SysAid Pro and we've just realized that we can't reply to email addresses from outside of our domain.
We normally receive many emails from outside, either from staff using their home email, or non-staff. We'd like to be able to reply to these inquiries without making new SysAid users. Is this possible?
