I suggest looking at the logs on the server that you installed it on. Normally for Windows OS under "C:\Programs Files\SysAidRemoteDiscovery\root\Web-INF\Deploy" and they are called DeplyLogLinx_xxxxxxxx.txt, sshclent_xxxxxxxx.txt & DeployLog_xxxxxxxx.txt. They can sometimes at least give you a clue of what is going on or errors. There are also a few other logs, look in "C:\Programs Files\SysAidRemoteDiscovery\root\Web-INF\logs\SnmpAgent.log" "C:\Programs Files\SysAidRemoteDiscovery\root\Web-INF\domains\DNA.log". These should maybe give you a clue as to what might be wrong. Mine does that but the scan is actually running and working but it won't report back to the SysAid server itself to update the webpage. I hope this helps you or someones else out as there is not a lot of help out there on this information.

Yes you can run multiple scans at once or at least I do and it can be seen in the logs that they all run at once.

I am able to get away with just putting in the Admin username with no domain or slash. But I'm mostly a mac shop and if I recall it worked on some of our windows machines too.

I have multiply network scans setup to scan all my buildings to automatically get the devices. So yes its possible you just have to know how to setup each scan. Its been hit or miss and I did not get a whole lot of help from SysAid support as they don't seem to know how all their software even works. They told me it won't work the way some of my scans actually do work. So I surprised even them.

Unable to Automatically deploy the SysAid agent. I made the change to the ssh_conf file, restarted ssh and a few of the machines but it won't deploy to the machines. Get the messages from logs saying:
2013-04-16 11:39:30 10.1.99.96*****
2013-04-16 11:39:30 Check_if_UNIX
2013-04-16 11:39:34 Check_if_UNIX ErrorCode: 10060
2013-04-16 11:39:34 Check_if_UNIX Error: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
We are on SysAid v8.5.08 Education Pro Edition and don't have plans to upgrade anytime soon. Please help us resolve this issue so we can't deploy the agent automatically on about 80 of these new MacBook Pros running 10.8.3.

I too would like to know this information. We have about 80 new MacBook Pros with 10.8 and I can't get the tool to deploy the agent. And yes I made the ssh change.

Unfortunately, we don't have this correction on a css file, so an upgrade would be required to fix it. If you can't upgrade, you'll need to live with this slight distortion of the SR form...
Thanks,

Sadly I guess I will have to use Firefox just for our SysAid site. Thanks....

Currently updating the version 9 is not an option for me as we have not opted to pay for support this year allowing me to update to version 9. Can you please provide the css I need to change so we can continue to get by? I really don't want to have to use Firefox just for SysAid. We are a Google School. I don't believe I am the only SysAider on 8.5 using Chrome. A work-around would be much appreciated!
My Company/School should be listed as waverlyschooldistrict in your system.

We have not renewed our service support contract and are still on SysAid version v8.5.08 Education Pro Edition. Is there any type of edit I can manually apply to fix this issue?

Having screen resolution issues on my Motorola Electrify with stock Android 2.3.5 on a QHD screen. When selecting categories the last one is missing on each of them. This is very annoying. Please fix. Let me know if you need more details. We have the latest version: v8.5.08 Education Pro Edition on a Ubuntu Server 12.04 LTS.

I am looking for a way to add my Supervisor's email address as BCC to all outgoing "Send Message". He likes to be in the loop on all issues and I hate having to manually add his email every time I "Send Message". Thanks!
