The redirect to the Login page could be because the cookies are not enabled.
You can also set SSO to allow automatic connection with the user that logged-in to the pc automatically.

Hi brgnewman, When you install the agent it is adding information to your registry and you need admin rights for the user that runs the deployment. Please set the "User" as Domain\User (with admin rights). If you already did, please provide us with more information and screenshots and we will be happy to assist you.

As a workaround, you can use the Manage Favorites and replace the caption name and URL's according to the order you want.

Hi BobM,
Arranging the Favorites according to the caption is currently not possible.
I will open a feature request about this and you can vote for it here:

Hi LoCoLyRiC,
Welcome to our community.
This can happen either because the SMTP settings are incorrect or the notification regarding SR's were customized incorrectly.
Please make sure you set the following under Preferences> Integration > Email > Modify:
SMTP : smtp.gmail.com
SSL : should be checked
User : YourEmailAddress (AAA@gmail.com)
Password : this mailbox password.
If It's still doesn't work, please go to Customize > Notification > click on "Return All to Default".
Please update me on your progress.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Altoids,
Welcome to our community.
I'm sorry for the delay in response.
Are you saying that you tried to ping to the "problematic" server from command prompt while SysAid Server indicates that the server unavailable?
Is this a virtual server?
Which SysAid Sever \ Agent are you running?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Valerian,
Wellcome to our community
This post contains more memory then what you sent me by mail
Here is some more information about setting email integration with Exchange 2010:
By default, Microsoft enforces an encryption between Outlook and Exchange 2010. In order to integrate SysAid MS-Exchange 2010 it is necessary to change the encryption settings to false. You can do that by opening the "Exchange Management Shell" on your server and issuing:
Set-RpcClientAccess –Server servername –EncryptionRequired $False
Replace "servername" with the name of your server.
