Does anyone know any easy way to sync the GAL with Blackberry devices? I have about 5-10 employees quit/ new hires a month and I'm looking for an easy way for my 250+ Blackberry users to have current contact information on all employees.

And it would surely help if you can recall the message.
Other things that might be important:
- type of computer (are these computers all the same brand and make?)
- OS (do these computers have the same OS or not)
- Update status (do these computers have the same update status in OS and applications?)
Most of our desktops/ laptops are HP
Windows XP Pro SP3 fully patched (running WSUS)
The error message does not show up every time when computer is shut down. I just shutdown one of the computers 10 times and did not get the message.

I have several computers when they are being shutdown get an error message about ilias.exe service. I don't recall the exact wording of the error. Has anyone seen this before?

Running Sysaid 6.5.05
I have a laptop that had a new motherboard installed which changed the MAC address. I reloaded the computer and now have 2 assets for the same computer. Is there an easy way to attach the information from the old MAC so history and other information carries over?

When you say change the font... is it changing the font on outlook editor (which is word by default) or changing it system wide thru theme ?
The later is notoriously problematic depending the font you choose.
Symantec did have that issue once... but they claimed they fixed it.
If there's any message quote the exact word (minus unnecessary detail about your org of course) here.
Somebody might have something to say about it.
All the other computers are running the same image. She just changed the font on the Outlook editor. After digging deeper into the problem it only happens when the user uses arrow keys to go to next or previous message. I found the same post on the Symantec site that you gave the link to. I uninstalled endpoint and installed the old version of Symantec 10.2 and everything has worked so far.
Thanks for your help.

I have a user running XP Pro SP3 with Office 2003 SP3 anti-virus is Symantec Endpoint 11.0.4,Core 2 Duo 2.2 Ghz wtith 2GB RAM.
Whenever she opens an attachment of any kind for the first time it will crash Outlook. For example she when she gets a new email with and .xls file it will crash Outlook. After restarting Outlook the email will open normal and any additional .xls files for the day will open just fine.
I reloaded the computer from a Ghost image that 12 other people are running without any problems and the error came back after a day. The only thing the user changed was the default font to Ariel.

Thanks for the information. I am not sure if I want to go with a physical appliance or a VM appliance.
