Hmm, now I get it -- the new topics begin on page three, while the topics between the sticky ones and page three seem to be randomly sorted. I there a special reason for that?

Sorry, maybe this is a stupid question, but I would like to know what is the idea behind the sort sequence of the topics in this forum? To me it seems pretty much arbitrary.
I also did not find a way to re-sort it. Wouldn't it be smart to put the topics with the most recent replies first?

Any update on this?

And what would I have to do to qualify myself for a SysAid mug?

GBDiver:
When I try to select "Not Visible Page" it always reverts back to General Details.
Am I doing something wrong?
I did not refresh my browser before posting my reply, so I did not read your message...
At least I am not alone.

I tried the solution you posted, but I have one problem. When I try to perform step 3.2 the drop down list always jumps back to the currently visible tab (i.e. "General Details" if this is currently displayed). What am I doing wrong?

Thanks Haim! I'll try that asap.

Is there an easy way to prevent SRs to be closed by anybody if the resolution and solution fields are emtpy? I thought about doing this by an escalation rule and a filter phrase, but maybe there is a simpler way...

Thanks for your sarcasm. But, you know, if you have enough experience with different software suppliers you should know, that Ilient's support is superior...

And you know what? I think you're all doing a great job.
After being with SysAid for a couple of years now the progress of the entire application that has been achieved up to now is great. It was pretty obvious that the work load was pretty heavy in the vicinity of the first 5.x release, but besides that the responsiveness of the team has always been excellent.
So let me take this opportunity to say: Thank you for your support.
The SysAid help desk in an integral part of our division's issue tracking and support infrastructure, and this is mainly because of the excellent work of the support team at Ilient.
